Probably Oxygen Bottle On Quantas

Julian Walsh, of the Australian Transport Safety Bureau has said that
“The ATSB can confirm that it appears that part of an oxygen cylinder and valve entered the passenger cabin”.
Quantas have been ordered to recall and inspect all cylinders on its 747 fleet.
